Happiness is the ultimate goal.

Everyday there are so many things that we can do and accept that will make us happy. If you are a goal oriented person, try to achieve your goal and be happy while doing it. If you fail, don’t worry be happy knowing that that particular process doesn’t work. Now it is time to find another way. Obviously, it is easier said than done. But think of the obvious. You will be more miserable if you dwell in your failure. So accept that as a fact and move on to find the solution.

If you are successful and you have accomplished the task, then be happy. Celebrate the occasion. If there is no one around to celebrate that occasion with, then do something for yourself that will make you feel good. Happiness is about DOING and ACCEPTANCE.
